amazing tourist locations like kyocera museum of art where adjacent to the hotel. you should definitely explore minami ward district, its worth it.

The hotel offered good parking options and the rooms were spacious enough for our needs. The proximity to the expressway made it easy to drive to nearby attractions. the hotel provided a decent breakfast for the price.
The hotel was in a remote location which made finding transportation difficult, especially if you didn't have a car. The overall condition of the building was unimpressive, with stained carpets and dated furnishings.

Best aspects for Christmas trip: the decorations were lovely and really helped to get into the Christmas spirit. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with whatever we needed. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to walk to many of the main attractions.
Worst aspects for Christmas trip: the rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some updating. the breakfast was average at best and we ended up wanting to eat out most mornings.
